I went to the Country Brewer store to investigate the range of brewing supplies available. I was delighted with the extensive range of products and brew kits and the other items such as the chocolate and cheese making kits (I bought a 'cheese' kit).
Lindsay the owner/manager has been very helpful and informative and has become my first stop in connection with brewing questions and idea swapping. I would recommend the Katoomba Country Brewer to all interested in quality products, advice and great service.
