They sanded and polished the jarrah floors in two rooms of our house and they now look very good, especially considering how they looked before. There was a problem with the skirtings being badly scratched by their machine in both rooms, and the large amount of dust that covered everything - very challenging to clean, but to their credit, they came out to sand back the skirtings for us paint (again). Overall, no serious complaints and the job was completed quite well.

Richard has now completed two large jobs for us - tiling the kitchen walls and now the floors in the back part of the house (three areas). His workmanship is very good and he's friendly and easy-going.

We changed to Optus and were happy with the phone/internet package they offered. When we moved, we had some problems and had to upgrade slightly. The staff at Castle Plaza were very helpful and friendly; appreciated given the challenges to make it all work.

Vodafone took over my Crazy John's contract when they closed and offered an excellent plan that suited me very well. I went into Mo's and spoke to Simon. He was friendly and efficient, even copying all my photos and data over to my new Samsung Galaxy phone that was free with the contract. No problems since and I can recommend them.

Even though there's a Coles and Foodland in the shopping centre, I usually go to First Choice. Their quality is often better (no green bananas!) and the freshness and range is hard to beat. They also carry a variety of nuts and dried fruit.

I love the David Attenborough DVDs and have borrowed them from the library. When they're on TV, the commercials are really annoying!!! Some series are so special that I ordered a couple and was very impressed with the online service.

This is a nice, old-fashioned hardware store that is well-maintained and has a great range of stock, both in hardware and garden needs. Eric Randall and his wife have run this store for many years and the friendly, helpful service makes you want to return. It's no Bunnings, but maybe that's a good thing - give the small businesses a go.

Having phoned several conveyancers when we were selling our house, I was impressed with Roger Scott at the Conveyancing Centre, and he managed our transfer of property documents efficiently and within a short time. We also had to do change of name for the new Title and there were no problems. Roger is friendly and professional. We highly recommend them.

The evaporative air-conditioner on the roof of our new house hadn't been serviced properly by another company, so when a neighbour recommended C & J Heating & Cooling, I phoned them. Very impressed on all levels. As suspected, the old unit was becoming dangerous and the price for a new unit was competitive. The fitters arrived when expected and were friendly and efficient. The new unit is quiet and effective. As an added bonus, we received a Samsung Galaxy tablet as a promotion - unexpected when we were first making the enquiries. The office staff are excellent too.

Very impressed. We had a serious termite problem at our previous house and the guys who came out to spray and treat the areas went above and beyond in order to help eradicate them. We have yearly inspections now at our current house and they are thorough, friendly and honest. Particular thanks to Craig and Peter - brilliant.
