We really feel your service today was outstanding considering the difficulties we had in letting Rufus go. It was always going to be the most difficult day and we feel privileged to have had you to our home today. Our greatest fear was rufus suddenly needing emergency euthanasia which would have meant a car trip which he hated most of all, secondly by being at the vet with all it's clinical smells.

He was peaceful on his doona outside and after the gentle sedation was purring happily enjoying his chin rub.

He has been an amazing pet and we couldn't be more grateful for your service, as hard as it was.

It's a very personal decision when letting your pet go but should I have occasion, I will certainly say to anyone in similar need that it shouldn't be done any other way than by you.

I have to write once again about cats conservatory and just how dear Susan is to us. My elderly Russian blues were in for for 5 days recently and our elderly girl was frail but bright. Susan kept us constantly updated as we knew at almost 18 years, she had become very tired in recent days. We arrived to pick them up and she had been kept warm with heat pads and hot water bottles and was still bright but now very frail. They were wonderful to her. After a final walk around our garden when we got home, we lost Micki late that night and as Susan said, she's waited for you. Thank you Susan. The flowers and card on our doorstep was greatly appreciated. You truly run the best home away from home for our loved furry family members and I'm sure Eski our new 3 year old addition will feel right at home when he first visits next week! Thank you Susan, George and carers. We are so grateful for your care.

My 2 Russian blues have been on holidays at Cats Conservatory on numerous occasions and they always come home happy. Susan and helpers couldn't do enough for my pets. They settle in the moment they arrive with each racing to the top bed and happy in their familiar surroundings. It gives us a completely relaxed holiday knowing they are so well looked after. We have SMS updates which are greatly appreciated. I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else and as they are now 15 and 17 years, they have stayed in many different cat hotels over the years before I found the Conservatory a few years ago. Christmas and January were always a worry in previous catteries due to possible heat, however whilst it wouldn't have been needed this year, the AC is a huge relief for my old pets at the Conservatory. It's the best by far and they deserve 5 star recognition. Thank you Susan and friends.
