I recently purchased a leather belt and an Australian flag belt buckle from them. There appeared to have been a misunderstanding about the purchase price. I was in dire need as I needed the buckle for my wedding. These folks did not quibble, hassle or in any way make life miserable for me. They immediately dispatched a belt buckle by registered mail at their expense and I had it in time for the wedding. A really wonderful gesture.
Besides that - the products are really good value and properly made. It does not have that "Made in C" feel at all.
