Losing our little Aila at ten weeks old was the worst experience of our lives --having to organise her funeral was the hardest thing we have done and Carly made it so beautiful and ensure our little girl had the most amazing send off and helped us deal with some difficult issues with the coroners court. Wayne and I can not recommend Carly and Greenhaven Funerals enough --especially for those who are experiencing the death of a baby. Thanks Carly we will never forget your empathy and professionalism.

My house was a 2 bedroom house - that didn't included moving a couch as it had been put in hard rubbish. I was notified a hour prior to my move that the removalists would be two hours late- to which I requested a discount. The two removalists who came were uncommunicative and unfriendly. They were rough with my things and left several dints on a brand new fridge. To to top it off when I returned to the old place they left several items behind and some items that were picked up are still to be delivered - despite several phone calls and direct text messages with the driver. When it came time to pay the discount for a late start was not applied. I will be referring this matter to Victoria Police as effectively the items that have not been delivered are now stolen in my eyes. Terrible terrible service. They then called me and said they would only discuss compensation if I took down online reviews written about them -- so tried to blackmail me. I have now gone to VCAT to seek the compensation I am entitled too!

I picked up my two pooches ( mini dachshunds) last weekend and just wanted to say a big thank you to Hanrob Melbourne. I was very nervous about leaving Layla and Schatzi - particularly Layla as she is a very anxious dog. The entire experience has been top notch from booking, to pick up from Seddon vet hospital, to ringing to check on them and then today when I picked them up- it was like they didnt want to come home -- which is a good sign as whenever I have picked them up from elsewhere they couldn't wait to get out of there. Layla in particular struggles with men ---and to pick her up and to find out she had let a young man walk and bath her was amazing--the young man who carried her out to me was delightful. Schatzi has a weight problem, and I can tell he has dropped a little bit of weight from the walks he had been on which is great. A special thanks to Kacey who I spoke with on the phone and when I picked them up -- she had obviously shown them a lot of attention. I will def be back.
