This place is an absolute RIP OFF.
I attended the dental surgery on one ocassion to be told by one dentist that i HAD TO HAVE THE $100 + clean performed on my teeth. Upon returning to the surgery to have the work completed, i was informed that my dentist had in fact LEFT THE PRACTICE without notice, and the new dentist told me that i would need the clean done for 12 months and not to worry... ?????? Sounds like the first dentist was in it for the money..

It has been approximately 6 months still had had the $1000 + worth of dental work, and i cannot eat with the right side of my mouth. The work that they did i have to have redone, at my own expense.

I wont be returning to the DENTAL PRACTICE ever again.

This is the best medical centre in Bathurst. I have been attending Medical centres in Bathurst for sometime before i found Russell St. The staff are amazing, the receptionist and accounts girls are amazing, they make a trip to the doctor enjoyable. I opened new accounts for myself, and my family. It was so easy. The representative was calm, helpfull and reassuring. I was so happy with the choices i had made for my money, and my family's money. The bank is calm and helpful.

I went there recently and had to wait some time to receive my coffee. even after it had been made i had to wait longer than acceptable to be handed them. I left feeling irritable and unvalued.

food is great, but service is so slow.
I often go to the bakery before work (as it is the closest location for early morning coffee) but most times i have to wait for the staff to get a wriggle on. They dont seem to understand the need for express service. For example, if i order coffee i want it made, not to have to wait for the staff member to have a quick chat.
