I was doing a bit of online housekeeping and managed to delete all my bookmarks, which I'm very dependent on. After spending 3 hours googling the problem with no success I called in the experts. And I'm so glad I did.

Plus, after he left I worked out there was a version issue so I rang again, not expecting much given I'd already signed off. However Eugene called and walked me through the second fix, which was above and beyond the call of duty, but much appreciated.
