Today Sunday 21/5/2017 customer service was non existent, they close at 2.00 pm. arrive at 1.53 pm to find the gates open but the office closed my wife walked around and eventually found the guy working who said sorry we close at 2 pm, she got back in the car as he got in his car and I said to him it is only 3 minutes to 2 now and we have been here for over 5 minutes already, I asked who was his boss, [redacted personal identifier], I said and you can't help us, mate I have been working for 6 days straight. I thought big deal and that gives you the right to close 10 minutes early and stiff the customers. I said I will be sure to let the owners know, he said do what you like. Mate you would be out the door treating customers like that if I owned the business.
