My wife and I had the pleasure working with sales consultant Jane Cheong, we cannot believe how incredibly patient she has been with us throughout this whole process. Jane has been amazing, a super star in Dulger group with her exceptional customer-focused, knowledgeable and patience. She always available to answer all the questions we had which were so many, be it communicating with us on her days off, thoroughly checking through paperwork to make sure we have the best outcome.
Ours is a custom design home and Jane is very knowledgeable and her willingness to go the extra mile by spending hours with us going through the layout, selections and inclusions and giving us every single detail has been outstanding. Jane was able to answer all of our questions without the need to check and come back to us, which shows the great amount of knowledge and experience she has. She made the whole process easier for us and she would not leave any stone unturned to ensure we were happy with the final layout. Jane has completely exceeded our expectations in quality and the great service provided to us so far to meet our needs for building our new home, we'll be ready to start construction soon and very confident that Dulger Homes will continue to deliver great quality services.
