I love this florist who is a very nice and patient lady who gives you what you want and more.
She has very creative ideas in making bouquets making sure your floral of the day is special to you.
Tip - order two bouquets and button holes if you are having a day long wedding so your flowers and photos will look superb through out and of course to suit the different looks you might be wearing. ^^

For those of you who have a little spare "ka ching" $$$ to spare and after great luxury in Bridal wear this is the place to visit. I really think Luxury is an understatement but can't exactly come up with another word. My Girl friend loved it here. Oh and if you want to spoil your brides maid(s) this is definitely going to be the icing on the cake in that department.

Very local Boutique with very nice shop ladies. Appointment only like most other bridal shops. Abundance of dresses to select from although the shop is a little small.

Many wow-ser dresses there. I don't exactly remember prices but it's definitely worth checking out if you live in that area. If it wasn't for my gf I probably would have missed this little GEM.

I went to this shop with my yet to wed girlfriend to find her dream dress. She is picky but hey she found it there. I'd say they are reasonably priced for such intricate gowns but if you are on a tighter budget but still want an extravagant dress ask if they have any discounted stock. They might just have something for you in that department - that's how my GF found her fav.

Had brunch there twice and the food there was really great! Eggs benedict, and grilled haloumi with spinach are both done very well there. The coffees are also very well made, and is a great way to start your weekend. We really love the Newtown atmosphere on the weekend!

Really really beautiful views over Hyde Park. The restaurant is located inside the hotel. Was there for a quiet dinner with some friends. They had a great variety of very good quality meats to choose from, and an equally impressive set of wines both local and foreign. A touch on the expensive side, but great if you want to spoil yourself!

I love to shop there because the shop doesn't smell bad meaning they are very clean.
There are also a lot food that is already prepared for when I need a quick idea Peters is the place I visit.
You can even ask them to marinade your chosen cuts if you like and have them vacuum packed which allows the meat to be kept longer. If you do have something in particular you want, go early because there has been times when they sell out of something but I always go home with something better.
Best Butchery ever.
Too bad with the expansion they have had to cut their deli services
Quite an expensive chicken shop, but the chickens there are really tasty. Worth giving it a try. Was there for lunch with a couple of friends on a weekend. Really satisfied our grease appetite. There is also a nice range of salads there for those who a more health conscious!

Really nice local bakery that makes some of the tastiest breads around Sydney. They have a lot of breads that cater for special dietary requirements. Really like the cinnamon loaf which you can smell on Saturday morning! Worth dropping by for a visit if you are around that part of town!
