We ate here with a scoopon. My partner's steak was undercooked and yet still tough - a terrible piece of meat. I make a better steak at home - not what you expect for a $40 entree. Very average mains.

Stewart Rose installed a new hot water service in our house. He really went above and beyond the usual tradie - reliable, punctual, friendly, good communication and very reasonably priced. He gave us great advice on what kind of hot water would work best for our house.

We had a few issues with our pipes afterwards due to the increase in pressure - he came and fixed it up at no extra cost.

The toy library is fantastic. I take my son every fortnight to pick up some new toys - puzzles, costumes, lego, train sets, ride-on toys - there is a huge selection of quality toys and games to choose from. Membership is cheap and it's community-run.

We had a bit of an issue with the cleaner convincing my partner that our rental agency would require us to sanitise and deoderise the carpets for our move out (not true). I spoke to Aquaqleen and they refunded us the extra money and told us that cleaner is no longer working for them. So in the end I was very happy with the service - If a company is prepared to respond positvely to custiomer complaints I find that a sign of good service.

I waited an hour for my first appointment in my lunch hour at which point I had to go back to work and the dentist offered to comp my next session. All good. Unfortunately I was ill that day and had to reschedule. I called at 8am to let them know. There is no way I would have missed that appt unless I'd been really sick!!!

They phoned me the day before my next appointment to say that since I'd missed the last appt I would have to pay. As the receptionist said, 'the dentist said "now we are even". I don't believe they would charge someone for a missed appointment if they were ill so I think it's a bit rude. Anyway, I wasn't very happy and couldn't exactly go in and see them all smiles pretending I was happy. I will find another dentist.

I love this place! The fish and chips are pretty much the best I've ever eaten in Melbourne. The staff are friendly and tolerate my over-active toddler trying to touch everything on the desk. They do other things like souvlaki's but I've not tried them.

I really like the lessons at this pool. It's good value for money and the teachers are great and very good with kids. My only criticism would be that the changing rooms are really cold!!

I love this shop! They sell everything in organic and non-organic varieties - they'll tell you what's in season and what's good. They also sell demeter milk and bread and other tasty groceries. And they are lovely.
