Postage costs are steep, especially when you add the extra insurance coverage I paid. All up I paid around $50 by mistakenly believing this is an Australian company, when in actual fact the iPhone came from Hong Kong. Packaging was less than desirable – just one flimsy piece of used bubble wrap around the iPhone box and put into a DHL satchel. When it arrived, it was missing the additional car charger I ordered and paid for. Emailed customer service who arranged for the car charger to be sent to me - it was mailed ex Sydney from a company I previously had extremely bad online shopping experiences with and had vowed to never deal with again - not sure of the connection between them and Becextech. I paid an additional $15 and received a cheap, non-genuine car charger which is actually on the website of the “other” company in Sydney for $1.98 which was missing the USB lead - a car charger is difficult/impossible to use without a lead - right? I again, emailed customer service who said although a cable is not usually included but they would send me one. It was left on my front door step (not posted, but hand delivered I assume) late on Sunday 4 October 2015.

They have assured me there will be no issues with the 12 month warranty should I need to claim on it (apart from having to go through them/their service agents that is!).

Emails to customer service were not always answered - I had to keep emailing until I got a response – and when they were received, they did not always make sense, I received multiple responses from different people, requests for me to send a picture of items I had not received (ie car charger) – how can I send a photo of something I didn’t receive?

Overall, after all the issues I've encountered, I really wish I had purchased the iPhone direct from Apple. The cost would have only been marginally higher, postage would have not been as expensive, there would not have been as many issues actually getting the product(s) I paid for (iPhone was received in 8 days but with all the stress and messing around to get all the items I ordered and paid for, it was in fact 18 days from the date of order until I received the entire order), plus any potential future warranty issues would be hassle free (as has been the case with other Apple products I have purchased direct from Apple).

Therefore, would I buy from this company again? DEFINITELY NOT!!!!

These guys are a complete rip-off ... charged $100 to cut 4 small branches off a tree that they were supposed to lop the height of and re-shape and $100 to dump (mostly on top of my garden bed and plants instead of on the lawn area) a load of mulch containing all sorts of mixed "garbage". When I complained about the "quality" of it the guy proceeded to yell at me and said I should have stopped him before he dumped it!! He then dropped the price of the "mulch" (???) to $50 and still abused me - telling me I am racist (they are Maori)!! Do NOT under ANY circumstances deal with this company!!!!

Had been told it opened just recently and although not keen on kebabs (or any takeaway really) decided to drop in on the way home and get takeaway. Staff totally clueless about how to serve customers, the food, what they should be doing - woman in charge constantly telling them what and how to do everything. Food tasteless and left a lot to be desired. Against my better judgment, decided to give it another go tonight - tried phoning order through (using menu ex previous visit) for us to pick up - arrgghh!! Phone answered by woman, asked to hold, put on hold, waited, then heard her tell guy to take phone order because I was waiting - he was as clueless tonight as on our first visit - had to repeat over and over what I wanted to order and he STILL didn't (or couldn't) get it right. After about 5 minutes of me trying to get through to him, I gave up - told him "look, just forget it" and hung up!!! How hard is it to take an order for 1 x Lamb Kebab & 1 x Chicken Kebab & 1 x Medium Tabouli Salad and 1 x Medium Humus Dip??? Better half decided to just front up and order on the spot - hhhmmm - even this wasn't such a good idea! Food was - again - tasteless and inedible - ended up throwing it in the bin!! Tabouli salad was just chunks of parsley - no attempt at chopping it up. Humus dip was runny and tasted "flour-ey". Kebabs - lamb and chicken dry (to the point of having hard bits in it) and tasteless, wrap not wrapped but left falling apart and also tasted doughy and flour-ey.
