We found George by checking reviews on electricians. His reviews have been consistently good and we too have found him to be an excellent electrician!

One thing that truly makes George extraordinary is the way he focuses on solving a complex and difficult problem. As it so happened the problem we had was not solved by our previous electrician who had pretty much given up on it after a few visits. George too ran into difficulties but instead of just blowing the problem off, he researched it thoroughly even to the point of consulting with other electricians to see if they had encountered a similar issue and if so, how had they handled it.

It takes a truly professional tradesperson to recognize that a problem is beyond the ordinary and to have the integrity, diligence, courage and dedication to ask for help when it is indicated rather than to just try and BS their way through it. Because of the way George handled our issue, I have great faith in him. If he doesn’t know the answer right away, he WILL research it until he does.

In my opinion, and with my years of experience with various electricians, I can unequivocally state that George is way beyond the average electrician. If you need electrical work and you want it done correctly with close attention to detail, George is your man. You can hire him with total faith and confidence!

George’s prices are reasonable and fair. And, considering the value you get for your money, you can’t hire a better electrician. George’s meticulous approach to what finally turned out to be a very dangerous and complex electrical short in our wiring, probably prevented an eventual fire and conceivably saved my family a great deal of suffering. It’s damn difficult to put a price on that!

Thank you George. You will be hearing from me again soon because I need somebody I can trust for a non-routine electrical installation. We are putting in an emergency back-up generator for medical reasons and it has to be done right BEFORE IT IS NEEDED. And I know without a doubt, you are the man for the job!

This is my second review of David Thomas. I had occasion to use his services again several months ago, this review is LATE! In any case, he did a superb job!

David did a modification of a power system for me including the changeover of several connectors to much higher quality ones. He provided the high quality parts for what I was quoted for regular ones! He did NOT try to upcharge me or otherwise go over his initial, very fair estimate.

I have found David to be very conscientious, skilled and honest. He does his best to give you an accurate estimate and he will try very hard to keep to the estimate.

His work quality is excellent and you can rest assured that what he does, he will do right! So, I wholeheartedly recommend him for any electrical needs you may have. You wont find a better electrician. I know because before David I dealt with several who weren't even close to him in skill or honesty!!

We consider David to be "our" family electrician and he is who we recommend to friends and family. If he becomes your family electrician, consider yourself lucky because you have a very skilled and honest tradesman in David and you can relax as you need not look any further for the best. You have him!

As electricians go, Mr. David Thomas turned out to be a skilled and knowledgeable pro. For weeks we had been experiencing lights flickering and our electronics turning off and on (which damaged one of our critical electronics permanently). David checked our breaker box and not finding anything used his ladder to check the power inlet box.

David took pictures of the burned areas of the inlet box, fixed them and then came down and explained everything to me. He showed me the pictures and explained this was all he could find and it may have been the cause of the flickering. From then forward there was no more flickering! His charges were very reasonable. I consider him an honest, capable and friendly person. We are now very pleased to have an electrician that we can use again without any concern of being overcharged or tricked into buying expensive parts.

David gets our highest recommendation as an electrician. He was on time (actually a few minutes early) and was totally reliable. He was methodical and detailed while he searched for the cause of our problem. You can feel confident and safe utilizing him for any electrical needs. We know we will be using his skills again and again in our old house!

Warren is a terrific plumber and we were very happy with his service. He's not cheap but his prices are fair and reasonable, especially when you consider his excellent service.
Pro:
1) Stuck precisely to the estimate without any games, tricks or weaseling!
2) Our job ended-up being more complicated than originally thought. Some new fittings were needed and from what I could see, Warren used high quality brass and copper pieces. This attention to detail and quality is what separates the top plumbers from the mediocre ones. I really liked this.
3) Warren and his staff put in the time necessary to do the job right. I was impressed with his willingness to spend the time doing the job right instead of using shortcuts.
4) When the job was completed everything worked properly. Our lousy 50+ year old metal pipes took a few days to handle the higher pressures which had a tendency to knock off pieces of rust. However that was expected and we are gradually replacing all off the crap iron pipe with copper and PVC. I expect to be using Warren again for this.
5) Provides high-quality and professional services. No chiseling or tricks. He is a trustworthy tradesman!

Con:
1) Warren is a man of few words. He says what he has to and that's it. If you want a chatty plumber, Warren probably won't qualify. However, I'm very satisfied and am ok with minimal chattiness and great quality work.
2) Warren is not a discount plumber. But he doesn't do discount work. So you have to decide if you want to save a few dollars and end-up with crap work. For us, plumbing is not something we can skimp on. It needs to be done right the first time and done without any games (want to see games by tradies? Have an air-conditioning issue and see how many AC tradies end-up telling you that you need to replace XXX instead of fixing it. There is ALWAYS an attempt to sell you and jack-up the price! I hate dealing with these types of dishonest trades people! The ones that play these games damage the reputation of their fellow tradies! They should be ashamed of themselves. That sort of behavior is just stealing disguised by technical language!).

Summary:

Warren is an exceptional plumber who comes highly recommended! It was our impression that he is a very honest and reliable professional. His work for us was high quality and very impressive. We consider him "our" plumber now and will call him again for further work. We are happy that we have found such a good tradesman! They are rare and once you find a good one, hang on to them!
