My wife and i had our pool completed by lazaway last year. although at times we had a rollercoaster ride with the weather, it was all worth it in the end to see the finishing product. See in our case, we understood when our stages got pushed back, or whether trades didnt make our site as expected as I am a trade myself and I know when you get held up on other jobs or when we have bad weather you cant simply work.
We can also say that sometimes it was difficult to get through to our customer service rep, but we could rely on our supervisor or the construction manager to help us when needed again, this is nothing out of the ordinary in the construction industry as we went through the same thing building our house. I must say, Lazaway was very understanding with our builder as they did their very best to fit in with the builder's schedule and they were also the only company we could find who would let us design our own pool to suit our yard.
Overall, our experience with the Lazaway has been very satisfying. The trades, our supervisor and the staff made our pool a dream!
I must say these extreme heat waves we recently have has made our pool worth every dollar!!
