This is the best service I have ever received from an optometrist practice EVER (and I've been wearing specs since I was six!) . They were thorough, pleasant and so fast and co-operative. My albeit small lense replacement, was completed in a couple of hours. THe price was excellent as was the result. I cannot reccomend this practice highly enough!

These guys do the best bacon and ham I have tasted in years. Moist, smokey & just delicious Friends in Canberra ask locals to order them a ham and bring it to Canberra for them when they visit Canberra family at Chrismas thats how good it is.. The other meat and chicken is good too. They are friendly, funny and cheeky without being rude. A while back there was a mucked up order and one of the butchers drove about 40km in his own time to deliver what was needed & not to a business either, Just to a private home. You don't get service like that very often. These guys are great .

We had a lovely and VERY large lunch at Bannisters as part of their Wednesday Lunch promotion....$60.00 per person for three courses. The food was absolutely delcious and the portions were very generous. The mussel entree was exceptional as was the Tuna entree. We had fish pie and a snapper dish for main, both were lovely. the deserts were very acceptable too. Even the baked on the premises sour dough bread with an amzing butter with Nori seaweed through it was delcious. The service was wonderful, competent, friendly and just the right amount of attention from weel trained, well presented waitsatff and the maitre'd was just great. The restaurant's location is stunning with beautiful ocean views. I would thoroughly reccomend this for a special occasion meal.

All the great comments about the fish and chips at Bernys are correct. The chips are sensational, proper old fashioned cut chips. THe oysters here are spectacular, best in the Bay in my opinion and are seriously good value. The staff are a hoot and if you don't mind a bit of gull harrassment the park over the road is a pretty perfect place to scoff your feast

I board my dog with Barbara and she always seems to have a great time. THe staff seem great. We have met them outside of the kennel and the dog laways runs up to meet them and they make a fuss of her and always remember her name. They are not expensive either and I'm always glad to leave my little mate there.

I have had some seriously good firerwood delivered from these guys. Burns beautifully, keeps alight overnight, milled to fit my small firebox! Delivered by a lovely friendly fella, on time and nothing was too much trouble; happy to split the load between two locations. Made it a pleasure to do business with them. Last year i was sold unseasoned wood by a local firewood guy and charged a fortune for the privilege! This years wood burns properly, is easy to manage with absolutely no wastage with bark in th load etc as there was in last years load and cost less delivered!

Malcolm Jack is like a magican! I have had a lower back problem for most of my adult life that has manifested itself in a variety of ways. I have been to loads of chriopractors, ostepaths and massage therapy centres and he can do in two sessions what others take months to only partially acheive. He's brilliant. I don't know what the other people in the practice are like, I'm only recommending Malcolm. He is expensive, but worth it because you end up spending less because you dont have visit after visit. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the work he's done to help my back problems. He's so good that even though I don't live in Sydney anymore I would drive for four hours in pain to be treated by him. He's a magician.

I had dealings with this agency recently and one of the representatvies was really unprofessional. They made very innappropriate personal comments about thier vendors, and I mean innappropriate! The approach was incredibly insensitive to a serious family crisis. I reckon that it probably breached the Real Estate governing body's code of conduct. I wouldn't use this agency.

Great food, great prices. Very generous helpings and really fresh flavours. Service is fast and friendly and they cater well for small children. I will definitely be going back for more Pho for lunch next time I am in the area. Seriously yummy.

This is far and away the best cafe or restaurant meal to be had in the Bay. Its delicious and nutritous ( really inventive and interesting veg meals) and more standard fare, the best coffee going...Toby's Estate. The staff are friendly and hlepful, and the food arrives hot and in good time. They Don't muck about! Your dog is welcome at the streetside tables and they get good bands on Friday nights. Its an awsome eatery! A foodies joy and a gem in the more pedestrian fare offered elsewhere.
