I put a deposit on my dress in Jan 2013, even though I changed my mind on the style of dress Maria was more than happy to move my deposit towards the dress I love. She was so organised, arranging 5 dresses of the style i like which also suited my body before i even had my appointment.
She surely has an eye for detail and fabulous customer service also the prices of their dresses are reasonable and absolutely gorgeous!!! ill surely recommend taking a trip to Eternal Weddings - I cannot wait to show the dress off come Feb next year!

Overall such a picture perfect location, the overall setting of 5 acres of lush beautiful gardens a chapel and 3 choices of outdoor settings to conduct your wedding .A large yet intimate location for your reception with amazing food and great service , accommodation for your guests to stay so they can enjoy the day till night and not worry about driving home and numerous photo opportunities , what more could you want for a wedding. Plus if you need to have a religious ceremony prior and just have a reception there- that can be done too as there are so many church's near by! if you need any help Sarah and bridget take the time to answer stressful brides questions- trust me, i know! i couldnt of been happier with their service . I had such a great experience with Angelo. He assisted me move house assemble furniture and then he also built my outdoor pergola - which i love!He also did a bit of carpentry work which was much needed in my new ''10 year old home'' in such an efficient and effective manner. Great personality and an honest man. if i need any help around the house he is the man to call! I truly recommend him if you need a handyman as his service does come with a smile!

I went to BWS Keysborough drive through bottle shop and one isle was closed, so i drove into another isle - my error not on purpose.
My partner went out of the car apologised and we got ''Refused service'', all I was planning on buying was a bottle of coke.
Now this guy who was working on sat 19/5/2012 with a mono brow not to sound too discriminatory simply provided us the worst customer service I have ever experienced! i will never shop there again as i left with no apology back nor service.
