This place is utterly amazing. I met some friends here for an event after their dinner, but upon seeing their nearly-finished food I had to try some, and have become a die-hard fan ever since.

The food - especially the desserts! - is delicious, and the price literally can't be beaten. The staff are the friendliest people I've encountered in a long time. The only disappointment is that I'd walked past the place one thousand times and had no idea I was missing something so amazing!

When I worked in Hoppers Crossing, we would order lunch from So & So's almost every day; they fax us a lunch menu every morning! Items always arrive quickly and still very hot. The actual quality of the food isn't great, but the serving sizes are awesome - what they consider a single serving will usually comfortably serve two people.

I'm a very loyal customer. The pizzas taste delicious, are delivered piping hot and have plenty of toppings... but are quite small for the price. Delivery is quick and staff are always friendly on the phone.

While the quality of the dental work itself is fine, and the dentist was very friendly, sympathetic, knowledgeable and understanding, the price and administration need work. I was billed for a service twice when it was only performed once. While the practice then chose not to charge me for a different service on a subsequent visit, this had an impact on my health insurance, which had no dollar limit on claims for general dental, but does limit the number of times a particular item can be claimed. The prices were also generally quite high - despite having top-range extras cover, my out-of-pocket costs were much higher than I'd anticipated (and than I've paid with other dentists since).

The hot food is undercooked and tastes awful. Everything is very much overpriced. It doesn't help that on almost all of my visits I am given incorrect change - I routinely buy an item that costs $4.20, give a $5 note and only get 20-30c change. Some of the staff are very friendly, some are not at all. Almost every visit the staff are hidden behind products and take a long time to notice and serve you.

While the quality of the take-away food is excellent, I visit the store for only one product that can be found in many different stores, but is cheapest here. I'd visit more often and buy more except for the staff. They seem utterly disinterested in providing any real service; they seem to just want to take your order, give you your stuff and get you out as quickly as possible.

The staff here are beyond friendly - they seem utterly driven to make sure you're happy. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their ultimate goal. They did my hair very quickly, exactly the way I asked, and checked in with me constantly to make sure they were doing everything just right. In the end, they even charged me less than the price listed on their website! The only drawback is that they don't have EFTPOS, which is a tad inconvenient.

While the food itself is pretty much the same quality as any other fish and chip shop, it is the staff that makes Greens Road Fish & Chips great. They're all extremely friendly, polite and efficient and have always included something extra in my order. The food is prepared very quickly, and while the chips, fish and other fish and chip shop staples are okay, the less common items - the fritters, the apple bites, the milkshakes - are great. They also accept phone orders without payment or deposit on the phone, which is wonderfully convenient.
