CONSUMER BEWARE....DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE

Rang for quote for windows to be cleaned. While on phone they used Google maps street view, so knew we had a double story house. I also told them how many windows were not visible on Google. They quoted to clean windows inside and out, clean fly screens, and tracks. Special deal $250 cash.

I was called in to work when they were due to come, and hubby had to go to a doctor's appointment while the guy was here. When hubby got home from the doctors he was told that the job was done, so hubby paid him.

When I got home found that NO upstairs window had been touched - the cleaner had told the guy working on our deck "I don't do upstairs windows". Several windows downstairs were only partly cleaned, and the windows that had been done still had the marks of the squeegee clearly visible.

The floor tiles had dirty marks all over them where the water had been allowed to drip off the squeegee and not wiped up. Very few of the fly screens had been cleaned.

Rang the next day to complain and ask that the job be redone. Took several calls over several days before they agreed to send someone to redo the job - surprise surprise they never showed on the appointed day and still haven't showed.
