I've been using these guys for quite a few years now.

I normally order the Super Jumbo rats as well as small rats for my Lace Monitor. I usually buy $900 worth in September & another $900 worth after Xmas. They have been great to deal with.

Update Xmas 2022:

Things started getting worse with these guys so I started going elsewhere. I didn’t bother to change my review of them, but this week I have to be honest and share my experience of this company so you guys out there don’t get ripped off.

I ran short of some Jumbo rats last year so in desperation I made an order from PetWave. PetWave states “next day delivery” so I place an order for about $700 of frozen rodents I believe. Delivery dosnt come, I call, get messed around, the delivery comes 3days later and all the the rats are defrosted and now they are bad, but I have to deal with it and feed these sub par food items as I have no choice. Bad PetWave..

I’m now short again this year. Last week for Christmas, I order & pay for another $580 lot (next day delivery). It doesn’t come. I wait for another day, it doesn’t come. I call, they tell me that they never sent them and they don’t deliver anymore to QLD although the site said different up until yesterday. I ask them to refund my money ASAP and I will search for someone else. Next day no refund, the next day after, no refund. I call, they say it will be done sometime. Not good enough, (I have paid a week ago and my money is sitting in their bank account). I get PayPal on them, and they still mess around for days, so I talk to PayPal and ask them to get my money quickly as it is not just $50 lying around in their account. PayPal see it my way and refund back to me.

Long story short, these people sell sub par rats that arrive late, defrosted, they are expensive, and a pain in the bum to deal with.

Did they try to steal my money? Who knows? If you are silly enough to use this company, please make sure that you use a secure payment method and get everything in writing so you don’t get caught out by them, and be prepared to lose the money you paid them for a few weeks.

This is a quaint quite large restaurante. Santo, is your host and owner. He looks after you like royalty. This Italian restaurant, May not have the greatest food around, but totally edible and enjoyable once found your tastebuds. It is the atmosphere and the warmness you feel in here that I like. It puts those extra stars on, just from being in a humble but warm atmospheric place. Good on you Santo!

3rd time in this restaurant as it is slightly more upmarket in the area than most. Unfortunately atmosphere is LOUD, the outside balcony is nice and you can have an intimate dinner but this restaurant lacks positioning (for what it is) You are looking out onto the main rd traffic lights, and the food needs alot of improvement. I will try to get out of it if my wife states that we go there. I personally will not go there again unless it makes my wife happy.

We’ve eaten at some top notch places, some really classy and expensive, some more humble but absolutely amazing food. And sometimes you find a gem! Morgans Tepanyaki in the second section of the seafood restaurant leaves me with a comment like WOW! The elderly Japanese Chef we had, gave about 12 of us an experience we have had many times. But in this case, the food was equsite! I gotta say that a degustation meal in a restaurant in the Hunter Valley NSW is the best food ive eaten EVER. But This little Teppanyaki restaurant comes a very close second. Brilliant guys just BRILLIANT!

This review is for Woolworths, Warner QLD

I’ve been coming to this Woolworths for around 15yrs, before there was even a shopping centre there, and only a post office, and a few other shops. In the time I’ve been using this Woolies the store has been good and bad, up and down, I guess depending on who manages the store. The last year and a bit (October 2021-December 2022), I think it’s been the worst from all those years gone by. The quality of the fruit and veg looks nice on the outside but I’ve been bitten so many times by nasty tasting mangoes, avocados that are almost always blackish brown inside unless you buy them hard and nurse them yourself. The onions the last 3+ months have been rotting on the inside half the time and I only buy what we need each week. The vine grown tomatoes are the only thing I buy from here anymore. I’ve started to shop fruit at Aldi and IGA and both have good fruit and veg with no surprises inside.

The bread and bakery I thought were good, turns out that Woolworths only cooks them from frozen dough! Still Woolworths does have nice tasting bread rolls, so I come for those at least.

The fresh meat section was a good touch and I was happy paying $80 a kilo for ribeye when it tasted good (I was buying probably $200+ a week, as well as eye fillet, but even that changed fairly quickly and the meat started tasting non nice and like liver. (does the butcher not taste what he is buying)? with large amounts of gristle running through the cuts, and very fatty edges so you were paying premium dollars to get one third thrown away. I’ve shied away now, and again buy from Aldi and IGA, (they have locally sourced meat and the taste is what it should be).

Not sure why they are so short of items on the shelves half the time but I need to stock up again at Aldi and IGA. I shop here mostly on a Monday morning but come in at other times as well. You would think Monday “new week “ every thing is ready to go, but it isn’t.

I haven’t seen my favourite Mentos Rainbow flavour in this store for at least 4 months, so there isn’t any to buy when they supposedly have a sale for a dollar a packet, so I have resorted to buying online. There’s no shortage, and they advertise them there. More money lost for them.

Toilet paper, looks like the section has been pillaged and raped most of the time. Even the brands have diminished.

It’s got to the point that my weekly shopping from woollies is tiny and the rest of it is spread over Aldi and IGA nowadays. This used to be about 500+ a week to Woolies, and now it can be as little as under a hundred dollars.

I’m not sure whether it is because our area has started to expand quite rapidly and I can tell that by the car park alone, but it still doesn’t explain why these issues exist. There is a new lot of shops and another large supermarket coming soon only a minute drive from this Woolies, so they best start pulling there trousers up or lose even more business.

I guess this is a generalisation to all subways ive been to. The food is fresh. The ham and salad roll stacked on generously. But customer service is rediculous. My wife is scared to go inside a subway alone. As it reminds her of Seinfelds soup kitchen ( no soup for you) As for customer relations, im surprised they have any business at all.

We had our boy pup almost die due to bloat. We said we want nothing but the best for him. I believe that to be true. They saved our little man and had fantastic after care with constant nurses 24/7 this place should receive a medal. You guys are the best of the best emergency clinics for animals i have ever seen! It costs a good whack of money, but worth every cent to us. This is the Albany Emergency Vet not the vet/vet.

These guys had a bad name due to the last owner. This has changed hands now. These vets are confident, efficient and i trusted them to desex my female Mastino.

We started having sub par service and stopped going to these guys because it wasn’t to the best interest for both our Mastini babies and use only Albany Ck Emergency vets now. Very expensive, they are family and family is everything’.

We bought two Mastino, very rare and different to most dogs. They are of the giant variety and have huge heads, plus the dogs do not stop proper growth till 4 yrs. Our dogs cost many many many many thousands each. The boy was diagnosed with a severe umbilical hernia and parrot jaw. Breeders told us this was natural. Vet made us panic and said not natural. Gave us a quote of $7500 to be immediately fixed. This put us in a bad mood with breeder. After speaking to an Italian legendary breeder he said this can be quite normal just wait. We stopped seeing this vet and in under a year both issues have fixed themselves. These people claimed they were confident with our breed. All they did was cause worry. Never again.
