Since the new owners took over it has gone down in value for money. Initially they were quite rude, and consistently not to par with problems such as food missing or served up still frozen in the middle etc. They have improved their service quite a lot and after initially going elsewhere for a year or so, I now have returned to regular custom and the woman who works there most of the time is helpful and polite.

I have been a member of the Lightspeed Consumer Panel for over 3 years now. I only ever had one problem with not being compensated when I should have been, but the problem was rectified. However, it did take a long time to be corrected and I felt I had to send several emails to rectify the problem and there was no feedback about it, it just happened... eventually. I also had trouble redeeming a voucher once, and although they did contact me, they were not helpful, and it took a long time to resolve the problem. They do have lots of options for redeeming points which is more than many other panels.
I shop at this Target store quite regularly and find they have the range that I like, however, I find the layout somewhat confusing. I do like that Target have a single queue system, which means you don't get stuck behind someone doing a price check or the like. I don't like that they have so many temptations like chocolates and lollies along that queue.
I have been sending my son there for almost three years. He enjoys it and looks forward to going there. They seem to treat all there children according to their individual needs and have always accommodated my son's reluctance to eat with extra effort. They provide a range of activities and learning experiences for a good price. The staff are very friendly.
Ordered a bunch of games before christmas and they got here quite promptly. I had not ordered from them before, and only decided to do so because they offered all the items I wanted for the cheapest price I could find them. If I want similar products such as board games, trading card games, etc. in the future I will definitely use them.
I order products from them regularly, and will continue to do so despite a few bad experiences. The good experiences have been down to speedy delivery and getting a few good bargains, but returns have been problematic, especially in the case of a faulty product. I also bought a dvd player because it was described as playing div/x but it does not do this, which is very problematic.
He came to fix a problem with my grill, and besides being prompt, friendly and providing good value, he fixed a problem that the repairman who had come to fix it on warranty had not picked up. Now my oven finally works how it should.
Always giving great service and nice food. Some of the food is a bit pricey but salads and drinks are good value, so it's a great place to stop for a coffee. They are very friendly and do offer a coffee rewards card, and they don't charge extra for soy or decaf.
They have an experience chef making quality authentic Japanese food. We've always found it to be of exceptional quality compared to other restaurants in shopping centres. The lunch menu is particularly good value. They have a large menu but there are still some things which I wish they had which they don't, such as a vegetarian bento. The service is always great and it's a nice place to have a relaxing meal.
Went in there late on a Saturday night, was amazed they were open and the owner/operator was there and could answer all my questions, regarding what ingredients were in the donuts, etc.
