Friendly staff who want to help. No one is just standing around talking, they are all actively working or with customers. I had 3 people offer me help within 10 minutes of looking around the electronic sections of the store. They gave me a fantastic price on a new tough laptop bag and I am extremely happy with the service I have received each time I go into the store. One very happy customer

I had a gardening service done a couple of weeeks ago. I live on a rental property and the yard was over grown as neither myself nor my partner are good with gardens. We tried to keep it reasonable but finally relented and paid for a service. Rob, the gardener who did our job, was AMAZING! He was very professional, worked hard and fast and has turned our yard around and looking so much better. He was able to provide me with advise on how to maintain my yard and armed me with some brands for weed killer. He knew what he was doing and I cannot thank him enough for what he has done. I am now getting a post reno clean done in 2 weeks time and cannnot wait to see how the team does!

I have been coming to these guys since the age of 12 years old. I am now 27 years old. The guys are amazing and know the beaches and currents better then anyone else I've met. They not only taught me how to surf but to read the rips and currents. Not once have i ever felt unsafe and even now when I don't attend for surfing lessons, I can still hire their surfboards and go for a surf. The coaches still give me advise even today when I see them!

Have been with TPG for approximately 5 years now and have nothing but good service with them. Our internet has gone down again due to NBN networking in our area and TPG was able to organise for someone to come out the next day and fix the issue with our line.
