Nikolas is AMAZING! He knows his cars and wont trust anyone else to detail your car which is why he is a one-man team. You get a personal service from him from the minute you walk into his workshop until you pick up your newly detailed car, which always looks brand new again!
He has such an eye for detail and attention, he screams perfectionism which is probably why his workplace is full of luxury cars. Don't trust anyone else with your car, you'll be disappointed. Keep up the good work!

I took my Zelmer vacuum cleaner here yesterday. It had died after just 3 years of ownership which was surprising for that kind of vaccum cleaner I was told. The gentleman/owner there correctly diagnosed the problem before ringing through to Zelmer to have it confirmed (he definitely knows his stuff). The quote to repair the CT board was significant and so I had to explore the avenues of buying a new one versus repairing. He bent over backwards to give me a great deal as he felt awful that it had only lasted a short period of time and was out of warranty. (And I hadn't even purchased it originally through his store so he went over and beyond trying to help me!) On top of that he threw in a new rod and head for my mother's vacuum that was broken. It was an offer I could NOT refuse! And what great customer service! I have always travelled there to buy my vacuum bags and will now continue to do so despite it not being local just as a token of my appreciation. What a nice guy :)
