Great prices and great service. My husband regularly uses this hairdresser, and raves about the complementary head massage when he gets his hair cut. The staff are friendly, and don't impose their own style onto your hair.

We took our 9 month old to lessons here for several semesters, and were impressed by the teachers and methods used. Laurie himself even came to our first lesson! Heated, indoor facilities helped to ease our little one through the colder months. Relaxed lessons that had one or both parents in the pool with the kids provided a great ponding experience for us.

Flash new store - totally revamped in 2008. Offers the usual surf brands at the usual prices, as well as a bargain area upstairs for factory seconds. Also offers local brands of clothing and apparel, and has a huge surf board section.

Great prices on range of services. Very friendly staff, who actually listened to what we wanted. We used them for men's cut and young child's cut (2 year old), and they were great for both. Very patient with young child, and put her at ease.

Good quality fish and chips. You can choose your fish from the freezer counter before having it cooked, or take it home to cook yourself. Good range take-away foods, and some unusual dessert options, including deep-fried Mars Bars! Always busy, so your order takes a while, but worth the wait.

Great value Chinese and Thai food. You can eat-in or take away. We use them for simple take-away side dishes - fried rice, spring rolls etc - and have never been disappointed. Food is fresh, yet cooked quickly upon order.
