Took our PC in to have on/off switch repaired. Were informed there was "major problems" with our hard drive. Agreed to purchase a new harddrive and new case etc but asked specifically for our original harddrive to be returned to us. Original harddrive was "thrown out" and even after we asked for them to find it, it couldn't be found. New PC is a complete lemon. Nothing but trouble with it since we got it but extremely reluctant to take it back to them to sort the problems with it out. I seriously doubt there was anything wrong with our harddrive and that one of their employees got a perfectly good harddrive for themselves. Wouldn't be surprised if this was common practice. Extremely poor customer service to go with all of that. Would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact I've warned people to not use them.
