Was disappointed with staff care levels & knowledge of books. :( I was in fact even told a book that I was looking for was "unavailable" but they were unable to give me details. Tried another local bookstore who immediately was able to place on order for me! Also, with a book that they were able to find the details of, they wanted a deposit & said it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive, which I was able to source elsewhere with a 2 week delivery time & NO deposit required to order.

This is a lovely bookstore in Camberwell Junction, which I just found out is a family-run local franchise, unlike the other 2 company bookstores in the area. Their loyalty program is great, because they email me about not only upcoming sales but also their author events which they do regularly as well! Oh, they also price match the other bookstores so I can always do my book shopping at Dymocks & use my Booklovers card.
