I order several items, but one was missing and I contacted them as soon as I realised after returning from overseas. They made me jump through hoops, contact the courier, find the tracking, triple check the office and all reception staff to see if it arrived. However, the parcel arrived just missing that item and they refused to confirm if it was shipped separately. In the end, they did nothing! Such poor customer service, avoid!
