Very Disappointing as far as customer service is concerned, of approx. 10 staff who asked us if we required assistance only 1 knew anything about any of the products sold at the store. The laptop i purchased i have taken back to the store twice due to defective hardware. I was given incorrect advice regarding the product I purchased and the terms of my flexirent agreement.
