It's a pretty popular place in the North, with a casual feel and a proper home-made burger. Staff are happy to make modifications to the burgers you order and service on a busy Friday night took about 10 minutes. The bar-style seating with you looking at your reflection in a mirror while you eat may or may not appeal to you... not me! But suitable when in either your own or one other's company.

Lots of period latches and handles and fittings for classic homes and furniture items. Can order in anything you fancy and service is very good. I will use them for ordering future items for furniture restoration.

The restaurant is small and poky with not a lot of room to move around, but the service is very fast and the food is just lovely. The staff are obliging and the chef makes regular appearances out the front of house. I have been going for over 10 years!
