Brent was very quick and replied by email to my online order the same day (on the weekend). He knew his stuff (able to recommend guide books for HK) and flexible! When a book was going to take a bit to longer to arrive, he gave me the option to have my order shipped in 2 lots, or to cancel the later one. Thanks!
