Hands down, one of THE WORST agencies I've EVER dealt with. To get anything done (minor repairs) was like pulling teeth, and their professionalism or complete lack there of is unbelievable. I've had one "agent" show up drunk to an inspection an hour late in the company car, at 1pm...Then was verbally abused by two of their senior staff members on multiple occasions. I've never met such an insufferable group of people in my life. They tried to take our entire bond for unjustifiable reasons, doing repairs whilst we still lived there and billing us for the unquoted, un invoiced work. We finally ended up going through RTA after they tried to take our bond and falsify records for repairs done (things that were issues before we moved in, but were promised it'd be fixed) and trying to bill us triple the price of a repair than it would normally cost. Ended up winning, but I would never go through that bs again. I would never EVER recommend them to anyone. Unless you want a constant thorn in your side trying to take any money they can get while abusing you at the same time, then I suggest you live in a cardboard box before you ever get in to business with these leaches. They don't even deserve the 1 star I have to press to leave this review.

We used Lancasters Electrical as our electrician for our new house in hope island. They were very receptive of our needs, and went went above and beyond to get the look we were going for and it all turned out perfect. Cant be any happier, and would definitely use them again. Highly Recommended
