I emailed Daniel at Ezy Air for installation of a new air conditioner. Daniel called me the next day and asked lots of questions. I mentioned the make and model of the air conditioner I was looking to buy on-line (an LG model) and gave him the price I could get it for (which was WELL below anything that large stores were offering) He said that he had contacts at LG - and came back with an even better price! Wow!

The unit will be delivered tomorrow morning and installed in 2 weeks time (they could do sooner, but work commitments from my end means it will have to wait until then)

This guy bent over backwards to help me get the best price possible. I have no doubt his standard of workmanship when installing the unit will be equally outstanding.

I had a quote from Pullbrook Air to provide and install tha same unit and they were over $2,800!

I will update this review once the installation is done, but I have no hesitation at all in recommending Ezy Air. "Ezy" is right - and cost is amazing!

I sent my Energy speaker for repair over a month ago. I still don't have my speaker back! Apparently, their supplier's website was down, so the parts were delayed. Well, I can understand that, but they could have informed me of that fact. I have sent so many emails to these people and they rarely get back to me. Despite one email, profusely apologizing, they STILL haven't repaired my speaker. The manager went on leave and gave no instructions as to what was going on. These guys are a total waste of time. Their customer "service" is a joke! At least, their price was a lot less than I expected. That is their only recommendation

Lunched here over Easter with a friend. The goat's cheese bruschetta was, in a word - divine. Generous serve of the not-too-sweet caramelized onions were the perfect foil for the tartness of the goat's cheese, which had a lovely creamy texture and a silky finish. It was sharp without being overly salty or tart. The basil pesto smeared attractively on the plate was divine, but a small jug of on the plate would have been appreciated. There just wasn't enough it! Bread was crispy without being overdone, just the right thickness, and was a generous serve with three good size pieces. Truly memorable bruschetta and although not really authentic, it was the best I've ever had. My friend's traditional bruschetta was disappointing in comparison. Mixture had too much tomato and not enough Spanish onion and was just too dry. The balsamic reduction draped across the plate was fantastic but suffered the fate of mine - it was so good, you really needed a little jug of it. When I finally got a good splodge of the balsamic, it was divine!

The crumbed calamari was fresh, nicely coated and cooked to perfection. Tender and tasty, it matched well with the small salad and hot and crunchy and obviously fresh chips. My personal bug-bear!! Tatare sauce straight out of a jar, and not a very good jar at that. It had that watered down look of cheap mayonnaise. How hard is it to make a top-notch tatare sauce? Top quality mayonnaise, some cornichons, capers, lemon juice - bingo! There are several very good pre-made ones on the market that are just as good as home-made. A decent tartare sauce would have lifted this meal incredibly.

The service was brisk and the manager took a special interest in us.

Overall, a really good meal that could have been fantastic with a little more care.

This review is for Pearly Mates Pet Cremations, Gippsland VIC

I rang Jon to arrange the cremation of my beloved Siamese cat, Bandit. From the moment he answered the phone, I knew that this person truly cared about me and my beloved pet. He gently asked me about what had happened and offered his sincerest condolences. He said that "Bandit will be afforded every dignity he deserves." I was truly touched. I told Jon where my vet was located and Jon sent me a text message about an hour later stating "Bandit is now in my care, Christine." I openly wept. This seemingly simple gesture touched me to the core and I knew that I had found a very special person in Jon. He really does care about his clients and the animals he deals with, and goes that extra mile with his wonderfully caring, compassionate personality. He even personally delivered Bandit's ashes to my home over Easter.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Jon and Pearly Mates

I went there at 3pm on a Sunday, expecting and looking forward to experiencing everything that had been written here, but I have to admit, I left feeling very disappointed. The restaurant had perhaps 10 people in it, but I was left standing there for a good 15 minutes before a waiter even approached me! It took another 30 minutes before anyone returned to take my order. I had to call someone over, in the end. The burger was OK (Jack Burger) but I had to get through a lot of bun before I hit the meat. I ordered fries with the burger. Sadly, they weren't that hot or fresh. I think they'd been sitting there a while. Over $20 for an OK burger, some ordinary fries and a bottle of coke, topped off with really bad service. I wanted better. I'm sorry that I can't rate this place any higher. I really wanted to!

This review is for Dr Para Paramasivam, Burwood VIC

Dr Para is a very gentle dentist. His injections are almost painless, as he takes his time to do them. Being an ex-dental nurse, I know that this is the best way of giving dental needles. So many others just whack it in quickly, which leads to a lot of pain. He can usually accomodate people who need urgent care. He is a HBA preferred provider, but lately his prices have gone up, so even with HBA membership, I'm still out of pocket. 2 years ago, when I went for a scale and clean and had a bite-wing x-ray, I didn't pay a cent. I keep going back, however, as he is a very competent and caring dentist.

Had takeaway from here last week. Their chicken vindaloo is superb. Will definitely be going back!! Really want to try their Pepper Chicken - Hot and spicy delicacy from Chennai with flavors of fresh curry leaves, mustard seeds and roasted crushed black pepper. It sounds intriguing and delicious
