Friendly staff, always helpful, try to find the right outfit for me. The staff don't try to sell me clothes that aren't right, often suggest that something more suitable is coming into the store and will hold stock for me if I can't get there right away.

Framing definitely not done as requested. The manager refused to admit that they had not done as asked, also extremely rude. The staples they used have made holes in the canvas, especially noticeable where they had removed and repositioned the ones they had not placed correctly. Bad, bad experience, would never recommend to anyone

The waitress/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. the food was well prepared and tasty. We asked for a salad, but they had run out of one of the ingredients, so gave us another salad at no cost. We've been there a couple of times now and have found it great each time. Worth a visit.

We went for dinner in the reatuarant. We requested a table near the window, as it was a special occasion (wedding gift voucher). We got the worst table in the house - near the kitchen, toilets and function room. There were kids running around, felt like we were in a food hall. The food was served very fast, we were out of there in an hour. Not the romantic dinner we had envisaged. It was also very expensive for what we got - fairly ordinary food, nothing memorable, cost us about $250 for the two of us. When I wrote and complained about the table, etc I got a quite patronising reply agreeing that the table probably shouldn't have been there and that people should control their kids! Amazing

Approximate cost: $150 for two courses

We needed general direction about investment of funds from an inheritance, plus a real need to consolidate our various finances and investments. Christine and Simon came up with a really solid plan, helped wth setting up our SMSF and planning a transition to retirement approach.

Approximate cost: $1700 per annum
