Ordered some nappies for my daughter. She has two kids and is pregnant. I wanted to help her out a little but get her something useful. The lady I was dealing with was so helpful and offered to bring a box of the next sizes with her on delivery in case I was wrong on sizes. She gave me some good advice on nappies, gave my daughter free samples of their factory direct nappies. I definitely will use them when the new baby arrives. She even took into account what time my daughter would definitely be home. I was so happy with the service
