I placed my order on 1 Jul 21. I still have not received it, and despite many emails and phone calls; I have still not had any responses! They use a "third-party" service for calls so you speak to someone overseas that places an urgent request to this company for them to call you back with an order update but it never happens... It's now been nearly a year and I've had nothing! Far too late to dispute through PayPal... I want what I ordered or a full refund! At the 12 month mark in a couple of weeks, I will be raising a case with Consumer Affairs. We should also get A Current Affair to pay them a visit... DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!
