I have to say after I saw this review that I do not agree with Mr Chang at all. We had three installed by ACExpert over summer and all were done professionally. Simon was fine to deal with. One must only wonder at the length of his post what were his real motivations leaving the review like this online? We had a pleasant experience dealing with everyone, our install was fine. What else could one ask for?

My carpets were done last week by these lads. Competent work, on time. Cost a little bit more, but worth it. I would recommend them
