Medhane came out today to repair a dripping tap. I was expecting for the plumber to just replace the washer. But he also serviced the internal part of the tаps ..... and made sure they were working properly. Medhane has a very pleasant personality, softly spoken and was thorough with his work. Now I know why Silverwater Plumbing has a 5 star rating.
