I was unable to start my bike so i gave these guys a call and at the start was very helpful, Went out of their way to pick the bike up.
While it was there having work done i decided to supply motul oil and filter and some high quality coolant for them to put in for me, And also requested valve clearances be checked.
They diagnosed the starting issue and invoiced me for starter motor brushes which they claimed to have replaced and cleaned up the starter.
Picked bike up few days later and paid the $1000+ invoice and thought all was good.
However not long after maybe 2 months it wouldnt start, Showed signs the starter motor was dead???
I rang then up and took it back to be looked at, They claimed i needed a new starter motor which came to another $475.
I requested to view the old starter and it was clear the previous work was never done ie, Brushes were dirty and corroded and worn down to a few mm's, Def not 2 months old. The inside of the starter had not been cleaned at all.
They still asked the $475 without even offering any kind of warranty for the previous work, I ended up getting $100 off the price.
After seeing that i was curious as to whether the rest of the original work had actually been completed, I checked the coolant and what was in there was not the coolant i had supplied it was a totally different colour.
When i voiced my concerns and asked what the go was they denied everything and then went on to ignore my communications after that.
$1350+ later and im not even to sure what work was "Actually completed" and where the products i supplied went.

BEWARE! You may end up out of pocket like myself :(
