This is probably the most patronised coffee nook at 55 Collins. There is usually a line of coffee enthusiasts eager to get their caffeine fix. The quality of the coffee is mostly consistent, except for the few odd times when I got it a bit cold or a tad weak. But otherwise, it rarely disappoints. The often friendly cashiers is a plus, and they have this promo where your 10th cup is on them. I go there almost everyday, some people at work go several times a day. It may get addictive!

Make sure you make a booking for this yum cha haven, or you may be disappointed. They take 2 bookings 12-1 and 1-2 pm. If you can, it's safer to get the 1-2, as you would likely be 'hurried' to leave by 1 pm to give way for those booked for 1-2. The place gets really busy, and for good reason. The yum cha are yummy, the calamari is scrumptiously crunchy and the 'sago' pudding is to die for. Prices are very reasonable.

ANZ 55 Collins makes banking convenient. Most transactions may be done on-line, and ATM machines are covneniently located in train stations, supermarkets, malls and most suburbs. The fact that bank officers are empowered to waive minor fees/surcharges is encouraging. They make banking easy, that's why even though their rates are not the lowest, I would still choose to bank with ANZ 55 Collins.

Need a bit of indulgent pampering? Go to Koko Black in Collins Street. The hot mocha is heavenly!!! Have it on your own while relaxing in one of their luxurious leather chairs and enjoying a read of your favourite book. The quality of the chocolate is simply first rate. Nothing comes quite close. A good place to nurse frazzled nerves from office stress!!!

Nothing is too difficult for the salespersons, they willingly oblige to gift wrap, and end your shopping experienc with an offer of scrumptious samples. Delightful experience

Friendly and efficient service. The salesperson was very helpful in assisting me locate the red wines I wanted. He was quite proficient too, about the strengths and particularities of different brands. Good value, not the cheapest, but very reasonable. On the day I first went they were also having a Valentine promo and I was cheerfully handed a flower & chocolate giveaway. That sealed the exdperience for me. Will definitely be back.
