After a long time spent at the nearby post office I was looking for something for lunch recently and ended up at the bakery. My first visit and I enjoyed my food from there however missed the poppyseed offerings mentioned in another review. I'll be back now to see if they still have them, yum!
Love the range of jewellery, and the funky way everything is set out. Fun to explore through this shop and there is always that element of surprise about what will be found. Lot's of clothing as well but my interest has been in the accessories they offer
This site is brilliant. I've been trying to find a chair more recently and regularly check back to see what's available in my area. Well organised, big range of categories and I've been really happy so far. I haven't tried selling anything through there myself so I'm not sure how that end of things works but for purchases I like the setup
I use booko often to compare prices for books. I usually know roughly who will come out at the best price but booko is great for confirming this and has helped me to find the better deal on several occasions. I'm really thankful to the friend who suggested I try booko and just need to remember to check their first each time I want to find a book
Yummy, yummy, delicious food. I love their saag lamb especially. I've only ever had meals to take away so can't comment on the dining in experience. Oh, and their samosas are so good and so fresh and taste just right to me. The biggest problem I have is they don't deliver! :)
I was really pleased to find somewhere with a tandoori oven in Geelong after trying some delicious tandoori chicken in Melbourne. I hoped Khan Curry Hut was the answer but found it to be overpriced and in the chicken I was served, not very good. Fast service and the other food was ok but I'd really been looking forward to the chicken so was disappointed
Friendly and helpful and just what you'd expect from a chemist. On my last visit I went there with the purpose of buying something (magnesiusm powder) and ended up forgetting that and buying other things instead! They do have a great range of vitamins now along with many other products
Nice place but very busy (which is great for them!). I've enjoyed the food when I've been able to get in but several times i've tried and found it's just too crowded and too squashy to make the attempt. Those days it is quiet enough to eat there they have a good selection
Nice place to look for presents and a reasonable variety although I wish they would add even more to their stock :)
I purchased a gift there before Christmas which ended up being a gorgeous Christmas ornament. While I did understand their policy of not wrapping up individual ornaments it would have been nice to have at least been given some tissue paper or something to protect the fragile ornament (which very thankfully I did manage to keep safe). I do also admit my favourite time to visit Just Because is just before Christmas when they usually have a great (and very different to other shops) collection of decorations
I stopped here briefly on the way home from Halls Gap and was amazed to get to do something I'd never done before. I threw a boomerang! Ok, so I didn't catch it in my hand like the guy demonstrating did. It also didn't come back to me like it did to some of the children also trying. I did get to try though and what fun that was :) There is a lot to see at Brambuk and no way I could see it all in the available time; what I did see was interesting, fun and educational. The gift shop is expensive but that wasn't unexpected. Overall a fun time and somewhere I may visit again if in the area
