I have been coming to see Helen to have my hair cut and coloured since I was a teenager. She also does my mum's perms too! Helen and her staff are friendly and always know the latest style and offer advice if your unsure of what you would like done. Highly recommend.

Located Inside Smithfield RSL Club, Nonna's is an italian restaurant near the Bistro Area. The family love coming here for the delicious pasta but i love coming for the ribs, they are so tasty! I could eat plate full's of them. Staff are polite too.

We came here for my yum cha lunch recently. The decor is really nice and staff were friendly and prompt with the food. My fave i always get is the prawn dumplings ...always piping hot and always satisfying. Overall a really nice experience and will come and have dinner here next time .

The staff are friendly and happy to oblige if you have half and half pizzas too.

Helen at Sweet Bride specialises in floral arrangements , bonboniere's and event design's for weddings, parties and any event really. She designed some party favours for a friend of mine recently. She makes you feel welcome and is really professional. Highly recommend!

I love coming to Yai's Thai for lunch whenever i get a chance to come to Newtown. They have lots of lunch specials including my fave pad Thai. I love the fact they give you a complmentary thai sweet dessert at the end of your meal too. Food is reasonably priced and location is right in the heart of Newtown too. Love coming here

I love coming to Coffee Emporium every morning for my cappuccino and raisin toast for $5. The coffee beans used are so fresh and smell delicious. Staff are friendly with lots of seating available too.

Savanas is a nice spot for a catch up with friends, family or just dining alone. Staff are overall friendly but at times they seemed annoyed my friend and I found this time around.

We shared a bruschetta to start with which was nice with lots of tomatoes this time.

We ordered a four seasons pizza to share which was generous in size.

This Ming Fa restaurant is delicious! We only ever get take away for lunch as it is so cheap and tasty. The lunch serving is very generous and can easily be shared between two people. Staff are also very friendly too.

Golden Ming is a fairly average Chinese Restaurant. We came for lunch and I ordered Stir- Fried Chicken with Rice. Food was ok for what you paid. Staff seemed friendly and attentive. Nice and quiet , so you can bring the kids too.
