Ordered pizzas for home delivery and was told it would arrive in 30 mins. 1 hours and 20 mins later when I called to ask why the pizzas had not arrived was told they were 10 mins away, no apology or explanation offered. Pizzas arrived COLD delivery driver apologised profusely but it was obvious our order had been left out waiting for a LONG time.
The pizzas are reasonable in taste but the service is shocking considering our one hour late cold pizza delivery we were not even offered a dollar discount or even an apology from the girl in store.

Delivered 2 babies at Knox Private and both times was given injections post labour without permission. Dissapointing effort by the midwives. With my second delivery my OB was not even notified that I had arrived until 10 minutes before my baby was delivered and then (surprise!) she did not make it in time.
I must say though- Food is AWESOME! Midwives were attentive and helpful post delivery with establishing breastfeeding

The staff at Platinum are for me the only redeeming factor for the whole restaurant- even then nothing to write home about. They were pleasant enough and reasonably attentive. The food on the other hand left much to be desired. The kids meal we ordered - chicken and chips - the chicken came out burnt(!) and dry, the chicken caeser salad was the most stingy serving of salad I think I have ever received. The chicken in the salad was also overcooked and dry. The palma was mediocre though the turkish bread was very very good. I agree with a previous review that the menu was strangely confusing to read and follow.
Overall I would definitely recommend people try somewhere different if they are looking for value for money and a tasty meal. Will not be going back again.

Very friendly and professional service. I used this transport company to deliver my goods interstate recently and I was pleased with the value for my money and speedy service.

Food is awful quality. Service is slow and staff unhelpful. The food is incredibly overpriced- the only redeeming factor is the childrens' play area which is quite nice and friendly for young kids.

This business is under new management and the transformation is remarkable. I like the upbeat attitude of the staff and the cleanliness.
I definitely will be going back as they offer a really wide range of services.

Excellent service, the tanning specialist comes to your house and does a spray tan in around 15 minutes! It looks awesome and really natural colours.
All the services are really cheap, so much better than going to a salon
