Good friendly helpful service and excellent range of products. You could deck out an entire house with minimum cost and minimum fuss. While there are a lot of cheap products (cheaply made) that may only be good for 'now', they do have a lot of higher quality products as well. 6 wineglasses for $8 + 1 charm bottle opener for $5 = a really inexpensive gift for a kitchen tea.

The service used to be much better but since a staff turnover, the service has dropped. I've been served hot solid pudding instead of cold chocolate mousse and been told by staff 'yeah thats moosse', no it wasn't mousse and no replacement or refund. Garlic prawns come out without ANY garlic sauce, 5 minute wait for waiter, 15 minute wait for sauce, which they brought out in a tub. 20 minutes = cold garlic prawns. 5 minutes for another waiter, prawns are taken away and return, same prawns, now they have sauce but are overcooked and rubbery. The steak one night is amazing, the next like tough boots, theres just no consistency in the quality of food and for the price you're paying they should be getting it right.

After the resturaunt changed hands the service and quality went right down. Of the four meals we ordered they stuffed up two. The steak was overcooked and tough. The prawns were rubbery and i got less prawns then any other cafe primo i've been to. They forgot about the pancakes we ordered and after reordering them it was a 40 minute wait. my husband complained to the manager politely at the end of the meal, his response was 'well we just took over and blah blah', no apology, no nothing.
