A truly amazing coffee house in the middle of Armidale. Staff are always friendly, and their prices are good for the quality of coffee you get. They roast their own beans in store and are also available to purchase. They have great muffins too!

WOW! A beautiful cafe that serves organic produce, including making its own wood-fired organic sourdough, which is absolutely a must-try. Their coffee is amazing as well.

This bakery definitely has appetizing food that is always freshly baked, but it is so hard to get a seat! Always full of people so best to book ahead of time to ensure you'll find a spot & get served.

A lovely florist in the heart of Armidale. They have gift packs as well as different varieties of flowers for different occasions, such as birthdays, get well soon, sympathy, thank you, & just because. No matter the occasion, you can be sure you'll find something appropriate at Blissful Blooms!

Terrific bicycle center in Armidale - have all the leading brands and will also do repairs. Staff are very friendly and efficient, I had a few minor repairs done while living in Armidale last year and was very happy with their work.

Great sandwiches, wraps, rolls, salads, smoothies, juices, and heaps more! Food is always fresh and very tasty. Great range of different variety of wraps and things, they also have hot foods like wedges & vegetables.

Terrific service - efficient, friendly, & professional. We were quite surprised at the portion sizes we received as we were expecting smaller servings, but were delighted to find slightly larger portion sizes. We thought it was great value for money. Their food was delicious, and their deserts...yummo! Definitely a place to try out & we would certainly go back next time we're around Penrith.

Fresh and high quality meats at Callala Bay Butchery. Staff were happy to assist us in recommending the best cuts. Their meat was very tender and they had a good selection of different cuts.

A lovely bakery with excellent food. Cakes & slices are extremely appetizing and prices are pretty good too. They also make doughnuts which is an added bonus as not many bakeries do! Service was polite and very quick.

The main general store in Wandandian – pretty much has what a local IGA would have, etc. Service was fast at the counter and they had some good specials on when we stopped by to replenish our “essentials” on our roadtrip.
