We had our hot water service replaced by these guys, they were great. Not only did they explain all of our options and the costing, they were happy to change things to suit what we wanted. They were incredibly professional and were prompt - I hate it when companies say they will be here at a certain time and they dont come.
We were also really impressed with their after sales support, we thought we were having a problem and it was no trouble for them to come out and have a look!

Luke from LCL is really great. He's always been able to come out same day or next day to help fix any problems we have had. He is very professional and friendly. He has great rates too - much cheaper than the other plumbers in the area.

We went looking at Baby Mode on the weekend to look at prams. The staff were great, not pushy in helping you but available when you wanted some assistance. I love that they let us browse until we were ready to ask questions! Their prices aren't the very cheapest but their service is second to none so I'm happy to pay a little bit more :)
The store was well set up too - easy to find all the other baby necessities you might need!

We have been using this practice for a number of years, and our entire family goes here. We have seen all of the chiropractors and cannot fault them. They are always accommodating of urgent requests and will do their best to fit you in.
The staff including chiropractors are nice which is important to make you feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend

Hillside pharmacy although not the cheapest pharmacy around has an amazing pharmacist who takes the time to really help you. He is always available and happy to help, either by phone or in person and he really knows his stuff. I trust him more than some of the local doctors in terms of what medicines are safe. We often go here for the advice and pay the little bit extra to support local business as well as the fact that we get good advice.

We went here for my husbands birthday dinner. Despite booking in advance for a reasonable sized booking, we were given two separate booths which made having a conversation difficult. The food took forever to come out and made a number of us sick. The staff were really average - they avoided eye contact so you couldn't get extra drinks etc without hunting them down. We haven't been back :(

We went to this play centre for the first time the other day and I was hesitant at the $10 entry fee but WOW! My nearly 2.5 year old absolutely loved it and so did I. The cafe prices were REALLY reasonable, much less than I expected to pay. There were so many toys for my son to play with - he had the time of his life. The only thing that would make this play centre better would be if it was closer to me! I was impressed with all the parents there as well, despite most sitting down - everyone was quick to attend to their kids if the need arose! Love this place :D

This doctors is always busy! The doctors I have seen there have been really good though which is great as they are not a bulk bulling practice for standard adult patients. I find the doctors take the time to listen to you and really treat you as an individual not just trying to get rid of you. I love the online booking system for appointments too - much quicker and easier than trying to make a phone call with a toddler!

This vet is one of the best we have ever been too. Gloria in particular is just brilliant. Our staffy constantly used to hurt herself and we found ourselves at the vet on a regular basis. They would always be so helpful over the phone and fit us in if we needed to come down. All the vets were great but Gloria was definitely our dogs favourite!

We got our tax done here and were disappointed. It is a home operated business, the house was not clean and to be honest we felt like we were intruding. The office was messy and we had footstools to sit on. I would not go back here despite the well priced tax returns. The tax agent barely spoke to us and did not leave us feeling confident that we had the best returns possible.
