Really pleasant professional experience. Booked in for half leg wax and eye brow wax and tint. The eyebrows were absolutely perfect. All the staff were extremely professional. The assistant asked if I wanted my toes waxed (as part of the leg wax) which I consider a mark of a good salon. Comfortable, beautiful, clean. A tad pricey but you are paying for high quality.

Obtained quotes from 3 florists for the same requirements. Darrens Flowers were significantly cheaper than the other 2. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Jenny was extremely helpful in advising on choice of flowers and how the bouquets might be arranged. In the end we got 3 bridesmaid bouquets, bride's bouquet, 7 buttoneers, 2 flower girl posies, and 2 corsages for what some places charge just for the bride's bouquet. Even though it was a very hot day the flowers lasted well and remained beautiful. Jenny also provided some clever tips on how to reduce the cost. I've also used them for many other flower purchases and been very happy each time.

I go here a few times a year for a one hour massage. They give you a proper massage that actually fixes you up and makes a longer term difference to your wellbeing than just the time you lie there. Very nice people to deal with and good value prices.

I went in for treatment of my lower spine area. The lady who worked on me was able to take me through my x-rays and explain to me exactly what was going on. She was honest about what could and couldn't be done within the limits of osteopathy. After 2 treatments I have experienced significant improvement in terms of pain reduction. She also gave me exercises to do at home which have helped too. I really got the sense that she was capable and competent at what she did. I trusted her.

Great quality food that has a gourmet flair at affordable prices. Trendy and yummy. I usually get a pasta or pastry with salad on the side and a chai latte. The service is friendly and extremely accommodating. I pretty much always go here for lunch because I've never been disappointed and get a nice healthy lunch for a good price.

This was where I did my fruit and veg shopping every week before I moved to Box Hill. The place has won several community voted awards for best fruit and veg shop over the years. Basically they sell local, fresh produce at quite reasonable prices. You forget how good things like tomatoes and apples should look and taste when you get them from the supermarket. The staff seem to have farming backgrounds as they know a lot more than most about what vegies can be subsituted in a recipe and what's in season when.

I visit this place about once every 6 weeks. Every time I've had really delicious food that is nicely presented. Menu offers variety and some really nice ingredients. Their cocktails are pretty impressive and I love the chai latte. The staff are cheeky, fun and accommodating.

We regularly order takeaway pizzas from this place. We select them from the Gourmet menu and have never been disappointed. They are so delicious with fresh ingredients and a perfect mingling of flavours and ingredient proportions. Crust is lovely...I often wish I had more

Been for a variety of treatments including waxing, facials, facial peels, and eyebrow wax and tints. The proprietor is very good at what she does and can give you some very beautiful eyebrows. They have a nice precise way of working and wax thoroughly checking your skin under the light at all angles. The heated table is lovely in winter. Some of the less experienced staff do not have the same skills in waxing although their customer service is excellent.

I had Bernard come and clean 3 carpeted rooms in my unit on two occasions. Both times the carpet came out looking really fresh, clean and fluffy. The first time he gave us some carpet spot cleaner to help keep them looking good and even pulled apart the head of our vacuum cleaner and fixed it so that it sucks properly again. The guy really knows his stuff and just from talking to him you can see that he takes great pride in his work.
