This is a beautiful Korean restaurant with fantastic barbecue facilities. The service is usually very good and you get to watch your food as it cooks. Be sure to try their green tea tiramisu cake or green tea icecream for dessert. Like most good restaurants in the city, be prepared to pay a little more as it is more on the fine dining side.

For this place, the pork belly is a must order on every trip, however you'll find nearly all their dishes tasty and full of flavour. Service is always exceptionally good. When going as a larger group, book a function room as it's really worth it!
Approximate cost: $30-$35
A good hang out place before or after the movies. Calamari and lamb salad are decent. Chips are always crunchy and perfectly cooked. They also have a nice selection of cakes and do a good mocktail. Service depends on the night, mostly it is fine. Price is standard for the area.

Well known for their noodles, but these people also do a good green tea drink. Make sure you order a combo as it's much better value than ordering single dishes.

Petaling Street offers a wide choice of Malaysian food. Nothing really special, just a local place for cheap eats. I usually order the nasi pattaya, which is decent, but not superb.
Approximate cost: $10-$15
Usually get take out from Thai Yim. Their prices are good and the food better. Love their green curry, just the right taste. Their variety entree is also good. Chicken and cashews dish is usually a little oily, but tastes great.
Approximate cost: $15
Have always been delighted with pizzas here. They have a really good papa's special pizza, like a supreme but with prawns. Also their satay chicken is delicious. I've tried to get satay chicken pizza at many different places and none of them get close to the taste of ones made here. Price is decent as these guys are fairly generous with toppings.
Approximate cost: $7.50
Nothing fancy, just a simple Chinese restaurant in a busy location. They do a nice spring roll, but most popular dishes like lemon chicken is just average. Price is decent but not a place I would travel to specifically.
Approximate cost: $15-$25
Dessert story is the perfect after dinner place as there are so many different choices to suit all tastes. I personally love the black sesame and mango snow ice. In warmer weather, be prepared to wait as there is a queue even during the colder months for this place.
Approximate cost: $10
An extensive choice of desserts that are made quickly. I personally love the black sesame snow ice and mango snow ice. Serves are fairly large so be prepared to share or get really full. They also have a nice selection of drinks.
