My husband went to ARB Southside last week to enquire about some products for his 4WD. Our son went for a drive with him. There is a children's room there at the shop for the children to play in while Mum and Dad are busy. When it was time to go, my husband and our son left the shop only to be yelled at by one of the staff members to go back in and clean up the children's room. My husband was quite upset about this. This facility has been provided by the store and he feels it should have been the staff's responsibility to clean up the children's room. He's pretty dissappointed after being yelled at and is hesitant about returning to that store and is looking at going to ARB Northside now.

The food fantasy buffet is great at Jupiters Casino is great. There is a great selection of food to choose from. Over the last 18 months it has become quite expensive to dine there and we only occassionally go there now. Perhaps the management at the casino should review there prices and made it more affordable to people to dine there. Perhaps a family package would be a great idea. It's something for them to think about.....

This shop serves the most delicious ice creams and fudges. The staff are all very well mannered and polite as well. It seems like nothing is a problem for the staff that work at this shop. Well Done.

I was very surprised to receive such well no service from this business. My husband went to order coffees only to be yelled at by a staff member at the back of the kitchen that the cafe was closed. It would have been great to have been told this nicely and there should have been a closed sign on the door...

My husband and our children went to visit the Tamborine Mountain Markets yesterday. i found this little shop called Tigerberri and have to say I was really pleased to receive such wonderful attention from the two ladies that were working there. I found some beautiful baby girl clothes and the lady offered me 20 percent off. Needless to say I purchased lots of beautiful clothes and a hat which would neverless have been very expensive. I was also able to find an educational dinousaur puzzle and a couple of magnectic doll puzzles as well. I purchased one for my neighbour's grandaughter for her birthday and I liked the uniqueness of it so much that I purchsed another....I would reccommend this little shop to anyone who goes to visit the markets....Their mobile number is 0417 360 545 for anyone wanting to contact the shop.

We went here this afternoon to have a cup of coffee and a really big bowl of chips. The kitchen was closed but the friendly staff member remembered our order and promptly ordered it for us.

Wow this deli is fantastic. We live near the deli and eat here a lot. The service is wonderful and the meals are huge. You won't walk away from this cafe feeling hungry.

I have to say I am very dissappointed with this restaurant. We wanted to order their chat potatoes to eat only to be told that they were only serving them with their burgers. When our burgers came out there were 12 tiny pieces of chat potato on our plates. We left the restaurant still feeling hungry. I am not sure whether we will return to this restaurant.
