We had Jaymel come out and look at our Evaporative Air-conditioning system that had stopped working. They were very prompt and the man that came out was very polite. I received a written report on the fault and told me the office would be in contact regarding the quote for replacing the Fan Motor. The office did call later that day and quoted me not only on the part that needed replacement but told me the fan attached to the motor was rusted on and we would need to replace both. The quote was very high and considering the cost to replace it with a brand new system completely wasn't much more we decided to do some investigating. We had a look at the fan attached to the motor and no rust!! Not a single spot. Interesting the office somehow added an extra cost. We had already forked out $165 to get the information and quote. We had to draw the line if they are dishonest about the fan how can you trust them.

I go past this shop everyday and recently had the need for a border put inside a frame I already had with some artwork my daughter has done. He was not impressed at the request and almost turned his nose up at me. I did get the border cut to the right dimensions and I had no issue with the quality. I came home and was bit cross with myself for not walking out and going elsewhere. I didn't think it would be an unreasonable request and if I ever have the need to get something framed up I will look elsewhere even though it is somewhere I go by most days. I am a bit unsure as to whether it was reasonable value for money as it is not something I have ever had the need for in the past.

Approximate cost: $28 for a border

Very disappointing. This center is under new management so I was hopeful it had improved. The carpet I think has been replaced but other than that it seemed the same. Not very clean and has become quite pricey. For myself and two kids (4 and 7 yr olds) it was $24 just to get in the door. That is a fair chunk higher than the other bigger and newer centers not that far away. The food range was limited and bit like being at an airport bit pricey and you can't bring your own food in. The temperature outside today would have been 12 degrees and they had the front door open the whole time I was frozen. Not so bad for the kids as they are racing around. One positive they had kept the under 3 year old area for the little ones.

Busy spot on the water. Had coffees and cake. Service was great and explained all the cakes to us when asked. We had this "raw" cake made with coconut oil, avocado and citrus cake. It was delicious, gluten and diary free. They had a number of gluten and diary free options. I had a chai which was delicious. I would definetly recommend anyone to go if down that way. Will be trying a meal when we next get down that way for sure.

We stayed here as a family recently. It needs to be booked well in advance to get the nights you need. Really best set up for families the kids love the farm and the interaction they can have with the animals. You can book horse and pony rides (at an extra cost.) The animals get fed twice a day and families can join in at no extra cost. The accomdation itself is a bit poor in my opinion. We had one of the cottages that were $150/night. It was very small, cramped and a bit dirty. The beds were really bad and i really didn't sleep well the whole time. I won't be returning due to the standard of the cottage. But I was glad my kids were able to experience it!

Approximate cost: $150/night

We bought a recent property purchase from John and were really happy with his professionalism and ease of working with regarding this transaction. I can't comment really on value for money as we did not sell through him but only bought. He has sold property in these surrounding suburbs for quite a long time with another company and is now out on his own. I believe he has been able to remain in the business as he seems to be quite trustworthy and has good communication which with other can be lacking. We got a lovely basket of goodies which made it a lovely treat on settlement.

Great little business that not only can do decorated cakes for your special event she also does cake decorating classes. I did a cupcake decorating class not long ago. Great class sizes - only 6 people max, good work space allowed and great pace of class where you can ask questions at any time. Great tips for not having to spend a fortune on equipment where possible. I noticed on the website she has school holiday classes coming up for kids over 10 years of age - great idea if you live nearby.

Wonderful conveyancer. Tony and his team provide wonderful efficient service with constant updates provided on the progress of the property involved.

The price is very reasonable and cost are keep to a minimum where possible. Some conveyancers reorder searches that could be obtained or shared with the other parties conveyancer and as a result you end up paying more than you need, Tony only does this if it is absolutely necessary.

We have used Tony for three property transactions and would recommend him to anyone.

A very busy pasta and pizza spot just off Rundle Street. It has stood the test of time and can be difficult to get in particularly for a large group. Very squashy and even a bit awkward at times. Plenty of atmosphere and very loud even to the point when I rang to make a booking he could hardly hear me over the phone. Pasta was good and came out quite quickly. My husbands pasta came out and was not cooked in the sauce that was ordered. He did acknowledge this and told us he thought it was better. We would have been able to send it back although he was doing his best to talk us into what had came out. He did stay with it and did enjoy it despite not what he had ordered. My meal was delish and the serving size was very large as it often is when you order pasta.

This is a bakery one of the very few that i know that is drive through. A busy spot with eat in option also. We had pie, pasty, cheese kransky and sausage roll. We ate in but didn't buy any drinks. It was a bit over $16 which is probably standard? not sure we don't buy these sorts of foods very often. Service was pleasant and efficient. All the food was tasty except for the sausage roll but I never like them so this may not be the sausage rolls fault! Not sure on the drive through as I have never used it but it seemed busy enough.
