I love this shop
It stocks different things bits and bobs and knicknacks that make wonderful gifts
The sales staff are not as helpful as they could be, not a warm friendly inviting atmosphere
was happy with my purchase and free gift wrapping

Clothes were reasonable price clean and nice
toys were good quality in exc condition
friendly helpfull service

The food is lovely and very reasonable
The menu was a bit of a headache but after some explanation we muddled our way thru it, have a better understanding for second visit
staff where very helpful and service could not be faulted

Yummy cofffee and great service from all the waitstaff
can get very busy at certain times of the day
But the coffee is worth the wait if you have to

The coffee was very slow to arrive and when it did it was cold
When we complained and sent it back we were glared at by waitstaff who then proceded to take as long as they could to replace our coffee
After the long wait the coffee taste was a letdown could have made a better one for myself at home

I had my birthday lunch here
The service is great , food is delicious and the view is wonderful
Was given a window setting and free glass of champers for myself and my guests because it was a birthday celebration

A total let down
The room was not nice , most items in the room looked worn and drab
The service was not good either, for a special night away we came away feeling non to special and very dussapointed

Spent a special occasion night there recently
The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly and help full
Rooms and beautifully presented
We used a voucher from our entertainment book and got a great deal

I discovered Breakfast at Witch's Cauldron Restaurant is devine
Great service and the food is delightful
I did find that my table was a little close to the one next to me as the lady was wearing a very overpowering perfume
An experience i will be repeating
