They were to install a small flat roof veranda over our decking to which they did and they didnt seal it properly so it leaks everywhere, they put in a downpipe that wasnt ordered or meant to go in and the downpipe was wrong color and round instead of square like ours. They joined pipe with plastic pvc with blue glue all over the pipe! They keep saying they want to fix it but they never will come when we are home always expect us to leave work and meet them there. Make a time to come and then cancel it! The installers also instead of asking to use my toilet urinated all over my wall next to my pool while i was standing there!
The lady in the office told me to stop bringing that up she is over hearing about him weeing in my yard they have told him not to do it again and i need to drop it cos she is sick of hearing about it! Still not fixed so who knows when or if it will ever be fixed!

We built our home with Simonds and have been regretting it ever since! It took them 2yrs to complete when we moved in we had no electricity for over a week, the roof tiles were missing from above loungeroom, plaster got wet and they had to replace and repair all the plaster in house due to faulty workmanship, electrical faults when we got electricity, ducted heater blew up when turned on for first time, solar panel on roof faulty from installation and took them 3 months to fix and pay for it as they wanted us to pay for it even though its under warranty!
Sliding doors have dropped, windows rattle in any wind, gutters leaking. You name it we have had a problem with it and they dont wanna fix it! The problem with them is they take on too many jobs at once and cant keep up with the contracts. They also dont care if they breach contracts and their customer service is absolutely appauling. Especially the so called maintenance manager who never returns calls she kept telling us she had called Dux to fix our solar panel and so we rang Dux and they knew nothing about it. She then told us she wasnt dealing with customer service with Dux but the manager so we contacted manager and he knew nothing about it. She kept lying and ignoring our calls until we finally went in to confront her and made her ring the Dux manager but of course she wouldnt do it in front of us and she said she left him a message to which she didnt. We contacted Dux ourselves again and he agreed to fix it no problems and of course then we had to wait again for her to approve it! She was very rude and unhelpful and i only hope i never have to deal with or see her again! Please go with a smaller company if u decide to build as Simonds dont care about you once they have your money and you wont get your house built in a timely manner.

I went to Footlocker to pick up a pair of Nike shoes that i had put on hold there and the girl there said to me i reackon i can get you into a kids size as these shoes make kids sizes bigger and it will save u $100 so i said sure let me try them on convinced they wouldnt fit me at all. he brought the shoes out and i tried them on, to my delight they fitted me perfectly. She was an awesome sales girl and i was very pleased that she saved me $100 by getting me into kids size instead of the adult size. How many sales people care enough to save you money?

Both Dr Singh and Dr Bhullar are fantastic Doctor's. Very thorough, caring and helpful. They cant do enough for you. Both Doctor's take their time with you discussing your illness they don't just give you a script and throw you out the door. Very thoughtful and i can't tell you how much i appreciate what they have done for me.

I just wanted to share with everyone my recent really bad tattoo experience! This was to be my 9th tattoo so i thought it would be the same enjoyable experience as always but boy was i wrong!

I went to my local tattooist who i recently got to do a small japanese symbol on my neck, he was great and i asked him how much he would charge me for a koi fish on my leg, he said for you $200 i said cool i will come back in a couple of weeks. So i went back in and said to him can i come in tomorrow at 5pm and get u to do tat? He said no worries i confirmed the price so we were set. The next day i turned up for my appointment and he had just started doing his mates tattoo so he said oh i'll get this kid to do it and i said no i have appointment with u and he said sorry but this kid will look after u. So i relunctantly said yes but confirmed with the kid he would only charge me $200 aswell to which he agreed. So after several attempts to place it right we got under way only to find out that he is not experienced at all at doing koi fish but he will give it a go. So 4 hours later he had done the outline so i gave him $200 to which now i regret. I have never experienced such a slow painstaking tattoo that still wasnt close to being finished. He said come in tomorrow at lunchtime so i said ok. I went back in next day at lunchtime only to see he had someone else in the seat getting ready to start their tattoo! So already im seeing this pattern of them not keeping appointments! So i wait 2hrs for him to write 3 letters on this guys arm! He finally gets to me and the guy who was meant to do me says oh your gonna have to give him more money cos i think i quoted u wrong cos its taking a while. I said but u and him agreed on the price its not my fault he is slow. He said another $100 so i felt i had no choice. He starts to do shading around the koi to which looks really ridiculous he finishes up 2hrs later so i said to him but tattoo isnt finished u havent even colored it in the fish was left bare and so were the waves which was not the design i asked for. He told me he was not confident to color in so i would have to get another one of the boys to do it! So i only had $50 on me so i gave that to him and said i will have to get the rest. I left pissed off so i came back to my shop and decided to ring the owner up and tell him what happened and he was like i didnt know he didnt finish dont worry bout paying him come back in 2 weeks and ill fix u up. So i was happy bout that. So 3 weeks later i go in and say to him can i come in at 11am Sat he said no make it 12pm Sat so i said cool see u then. I go in Sat and he says sorry you have to come back Monday lunchtime, to which i did and he had someone else in his chair so he said come back Tuesday lunchtime which i did and he had someone there again to which he said all i can say is try again tomorrow! Well iknow exactly the outcome so im so pissed off that i even gave these guys a chance cos now i have something on me that was meant to be for good vibes and they have killed it with their awful customer service and rudeness and not sticking by appointments! If i did that in my business i wouldnt have one! So thanks for listening to my horror story and please dont visit these people!

They were meant to arrive on Tuesday morning to start concrete stencil around my pool and my partner took day off to be there. They didnt arrive wouldnt answer any of our calls, didnt respond to the 50 messages left for him. He finally called me at 8pm that night and said he had stuffed up and that he will be there on Wednesday morning. They came and all they did was level ground. We were told it was a one day job! I rang him and when i finally got him at 8:30pm he said they will finish job Thursday morning be there at 7:00am. Once again my partner took morning off to see that they came and the got there at 8:50am and said concrete was coming at 10:30am as long as it doesnt rain. My partner left at 9:25am to go to work and they must have done nothing at all and cancelled concrete delivery and went home. When i got home that night and saw nothing had been done i was livid as it was suppose to be done for a party we were holding over 2 days of the long weekend. I rang him over 20 times before i got him and he said that he cant believe that they didnt do it and he was going to call and find out why and call me back. He called me back finally at 8:30pm and said he cant get anyone to do it till the weekend knowing full well we were having people and i said dont bother it will have to be next week. He said even though its my birthday and public holiday on Monday we will finish it then. So of course Monday comes and he doesnt show up again and doesnt answer calls! He rings me at lunchtime saying oh i stuffed up again to which i said dont bother coming back im going to get someone else to finish the job to which he began to beg me to let him finish the job saying he has ordered concrete for noon on Tuesday and let me just do it and get it out the way. I stupidly agreed to let him finish and when we got home from work we were devasted and what he had done. They had laid the wrong pattern for the stencil, wasnt level, no drainage were it was meant to go, concrete square missing in middle of job, black concrete coloring all over my quartzon pool and sandstone pavers staining and damaging them, color over pool filters, inside & on backdoor, windows, decking and all over our marble table and chairs doing over $5000 worth of damage! When i rang to speak to him he didnt answer again i continually called him and left msgs and finally spoke to him at 8:30pm that night and when i told him what had happened he said he was over it and i give up, i give up and then hung up the phone on me! I have called him over 50 times in the past couple of days trying to speak to him to find out if he is going to fix it and remove rubbish but to no avail. He wont return phone calls and refuses to give us his insurance details to fix the damages caused.
PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNRELIABLE AND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING! I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL CONCRETERS SINCE AND THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT HE DOES DODGY WORK! WISH I KNEW THAT BEFORE I HIRED HIM!

Lovely friendly staff. Resonable meals. The staff in the gaming room were fantastic especially a girl called Lisa very funny and made the night fun.

Very slow service, staff very rude and not helpful at all! Food was disgusting had to be sent back! Not an enjoyable dinner at all. Would not recommend you waste your time or money.

Great prices and deals. Staff is extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the right equipment for me. Got some great bargains for myself and my partner.
